Data and purposes
We process identity, contact, address, order and technical usage data to enter into and perform contracts, handle payment and delivery, answer messages, meet accounting duties, prevent abuse and manage legal claims.
Recipients and infrastructure
Recipients can include Shopify, payment providers, the carrier selected by the customer, IT and accounting providers, and analytics providers activated with the required consent. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by law.
Retention
Data is retained for contract performance, mandatory tax and accounting periods and the limitation period for claims. Consent-based data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the Polish data protection authority.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain sessions, the cart, security and checkout. Analytics and advertising are activated only in accordance with the user's choice and applicable law.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
With your consent to analytics we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and store performance, with Google signals enabled: Google may associate usage data with information from signed-in Google accounts that have ads personalisation turned on, and we receive aggregated reports only (e.g. demographics and interests). With your consent to marketing, this data may also be used in Google Ads to measure ad performance and show ads to people who visited the store (remarketing). Without consent, Google tools run in a limited mode (Google Consent Mode) without analytics or advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity helps us improve the store by analysing interactions such as clicks and scrolling through heatmaps and session recordings. It loads only after you consent to analytics. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
OpenAI Ads
With analytics and marketing consent, the OpenAI pixel measures page views, viewed products and cart additions, sharing product identifiers, amounts, currency and browser technical data. Cookies __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days) support ad attribution. The pixel may detect contact details in forms and send SHA-256 hashes, not raw details.
