1. Scope
These terms govern the use of figlovo.pl and figlovo.com, ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal and complaints.
2. Products and prices
Figlovo sells new toys and collectables. Prices for the Polish market are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes. Delivery is added unless an offer states otherwise. The final total is shown before payment.
3. Orders and payment
An order is placed after selecting products, entering the required details, choosing delivery and payment, and confirming the purchase in Shopify checkout. Available payment methods are displayed in checkout.
4. Fulfilment
Only in-stock products are offered. If an exceptional stock discrepancy occurs, we contact the customer and refund the affected amount.
5. Consumer rights
Consumers have statutory withdrawal and conformity rights. Details are set out in the returns and complaints policy. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protection.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed to manage orders, payments, delivery, contact and legal duties. See the privacy policy for details.
7. Governing law
Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country where applicable.
